New level of competition with quests

SoftExpert Gamification has the quest feature in this version!

With this new feature, it is possible to group and configure a series of interconnected challenges, creating more ambitious and defined goals.

Upon completing all challenges of a quest, the user will be rewarded in a unique way. This promotes engagement and encourages continuous compliance with objectives.

This update offers a new way to motivate employees, increasing the level of healthy competition and ensuring the achievement of more complete results.

 

More triggers for completing challenges

We are expanding the possibilities of automation and engagement in SoftExpert Gamification by adding new business rule triggers! 

Check out the new available triggers:

Administration

  • When feedback is given: acknowledge employees who actively take part in the feedback cycle.
  • When feedback is received: celebrate receiving feedback and encourage internal communication.
  • When it is the birthday of a user: automate the acknowledgment of birthdays with commemorative challenges.
  • When it is the company anniversary of a user: acknowledge and reward employees based on company time.
  • When the default department/position of the user is edited: use this trigger to adjust challenges related to the position or department change.
  • When the user photo is edited: encourage users to keep their profiles updated by completing challenges with this trigger. 
     

Knowledge Base

  • When an article is created: reward employees for contributing to new knowledge.
  • When a user evaluates an article: engage users to actively participate in evaluating content.
  • When a user has an article evaluated: celebrate the authors whose articles were evaluated by other users. 
     

Kanban

  • When a task is created: assign points to employees who start new tasks in Kanban.
  • When a step of the task is edited: reward the progress of each step in Kanban, encouraging the completion of tasks. 
     

OKR

  • When an objective is achieved: acknowledge and reward the completion of strategic objectives to promote target achievement.

 

Survey

  • When a survey is answered: reward participation in surveys to encourage data collection and collaboration.

Intelligent gamification management

We are releasing the Gamification Management Portal to offer a complete and detailed vision of the performance of the gamification system.

On the portal, it is possible to access summaries of completed challenges, redeemed rewards, and engagement segmented by department.

It also highlights the most popular rewards and challenges, in addition to calculating the real amount spent on rewards, aiding in the management of results and investments.

The portal is available in Portals > Creating from a template and can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.

 

Unified interface in the reward menu

The reward menu has a new unified interface!

This update was designed with a focus on clarity and simplicity and brings a totally renewed visual identity to the menu.

With the new interface, finding the features you need has become even more intuitive.

We are always thinking about improving the experience of using the system and the efficiency in managing rewards.

 

Greater integration with the updatePoints SOAP method

Aiming to increase integration with other systems, SoftExpert Gamification now makes the updatePoints SOAP method available.

With this new feature, it is possible to add and remove user points in an automatic and integrated way, allowing for even more efficient and flexible management of points within the corporate environment.

This update facilitates the connection between SoftExpert Gamification and other systems, improving the experience and optimizing reward and performance management.

Prerequisites for redeeming rewards

It is now possible to configure prerequisites for redeeming rewards in SoftExpert Gamification!

This way, the user can only redeem a reward after meeting specific conditions, such as achieving a minimum level, completing challenges or quests, or even a combination of these factors.

This feature brings more control and customization to the provision of rewards, allowing achievements to be even more aligned with individual progress and organizational goals.
